When we were at the farm we sat by the warm log fire and sang songs from this year’s Christmas play. It was lovely with the Christmas tree lights on. Which is your favourite song from this year’ s whole school play?

Question Time With Farmer Derek.

We asked Farmer Derek questions about jobs on his farm. He talked about jobs he did and jobs which he needed to ask other people to do. Can you think of a job which has to be done on the farm?

Lunch By The Christmas Tree.

When we went to the farm we were really pleased that Farmer Derek had put the Christmas tree up for us. We had lunch by the tree and sat by warm log fire. What decorations have you put on your tree this year?

Mince Pies.

As part of our Christmas celebrations we made mince pies. They were delicious. Which are your favourite traditional Christmas foods?

Visit To Morrells Wood Farm.

We visited Morrells Wood Farm as part of our work towards our farming award. We had a great time. We walked through the mud and talked about the sounds we could hear. Then we splashed in the puddles and listened to the sound our feet made.
